Amanda is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space for relaxation, balance, and self-healing. Her work centers on helping clients reconnect with themselves and restore a sense of ease through gentle, intentional energy work.

In addition to being a Reiki Practitioner, Amanda is an E-RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and a certified Somatic Healing Practitioner, bringing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection into each session. This integrative background allows her to approach healing with presence, awareness, and respect for each person's unique experience.

Each session is offered with presence, intention, and care, supporting the body's natural ability to relax, restore, and heal.

Reiki Sessions

A gentle, hands-on (or hands-near-the-body) energy healing practice rooted in Japanese tradition. Reiki encourages the body's natural ability to relax, restore balance, and release tension by guiding subtle energy through and around the body. Sessions are deeply calming and may support stress relief, emotional balance, improved sleep, and an overall sense of well-being.

Individual Session

Somatic Healing

A body-centered approach to healing that gently brings awareness to physical sensations, breath, and movement to help release stored stress, tension, and emotion. By working with the wisdom of the body, somatic practices support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a deeper sense of safety and presence, making it especially helpful for those navigating chronic stress, anxiety, or the lingering effects of difficult experiences.
