About Joanna
I have been practicing yoga for almost thirty years. I first tried it in high school and college just for fun, and at that time, my practice was sporadic and primarily physical. It wasn’t until my early twenties that I discovered a much deeper meaning in yoga. I came to realize that yoga is far more than just asanas or relaxation—it's a spiritual and meditative path that nurtures a more fulfilling, selfless, intuitive, and Earth-conscious way of living.
Yoga has taught me how to be fully present, to appreciate each moment, and to develop the patience needed to navigate life’s challenges. This journey eventually led me to complete my 200-hour teacher training at the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center (HYMC) in 2010. Since then, I have been sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
